If you're seeing foundation cracks, uneven floors, sticking doors, gaps, or walls that are bowing or leaning, your home may be showing signs of foundation movement.
We'll inspect your foundation, explain what's causing the problem, and give you a clear repair plan before any work begins. Your foundation inspection is free for qualifying homeowners.
Free inspections do not apply to real estate transactions. The right repair depends on the condition of the foundation, the structure, and the soil supporting it. Results vary.
We'll inspect the problem areas, look for signs of foundation movement or structural stress, and explain what we find before recommending any repair.

Why Foundations Move
When cracks appear, floors begin to slope, doors start sticking, or foundation walls move, the visible problem is often the result of movement underneath or pressure around the foundation.
The crack is what you see.
What's causing the movement is what we need to understand.
Soil beneath a foundation can settle, compress, wash away, or otherwise lose its ability to evenly support the weight of the home.
Changes in moisture can cause certain soils to expand, shrink, soften, or move. Over time, those changes can affect the support underneath the foundation.
Poor drainage and saturated soil can increase pressure against foundation walls, contributing to cracking, bowing, or leaning.
When one section of the foundation moves more than another, you may begin seeing stair-step cracks, uneven floors, gaps, or doors and windows that no longer operate correctly.
That's why we inspect the foundation, the structure, and the conditions around your home before recommending a repair.

Sections of the home that are sinking or settling can cause cracks, gaps, uneven floors, and other signs of structural movement.

We inspect cracks in foundation walls, block, concrete, brick, and other areas to determine what is causing them and whether repair is needed.

Foundation walls that bow, lean inward, or develop horizontal cracks can be signs of pressure building against the wall.

Floors that slope, dip, bounce, or sag can point to problems with the foundation or structural support underneath the home.

Damaged or inadequate supports beneath the home can contribute to sagging floors and structural movement.

When a foundation is settling or moving, stabilization systems such as helical piers, push piers, or other structural repairs may be recommended based on what we find.
What to expect
No guessing. No work starts until you understand what we found, what's causing the problem, what we recommend, and what it will cost.
Your free inspection
We inspect the foundation, floors, walls, and other problem areas to identify signs of movement and understand what's happening to the home.
We show you what we found, explain what may be causing the problem, and walk you through the repair options that make sense.
If foundation repair is needed, you'll see the recommended repair and the price before any work begins.
No obligation. We'll inspect your foundation, explain what we find, and give you a clear repair quote.

Christian conducted a free inspection of my crawlspace and foundation and he was amazing! When discussing the issues I've been seeing in my home it became instantly clear that he is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he was able to explain exactly why I'm seeing what I'm seeing. He was professional, honest, and thorough, and it was so refreshing to see someone who clearly takes pride in his work and isn't trying to pressure a sale. Thank you!
Very professional and hardworking yellow team completed my encapsulation. Christian was very communicative in all aspects from the initial visit under the house all the way till the end. Had 2 other quotes in addition to Hawk. The other 2 were pushy even to the point of telling us "if you sign today, you still have 3 days to cancel" and "if you sign this weekend, I'll get my bonus." Christian spelled it out without being pushy. Very highly recommend Hawk for your crawlspace needs.
Had questions on a 10-year-old house. Christian performed an inspection with exceptional professionalism, awesome energy, answered all our questions, and provided an awesome education on what I didn't know about foundations and the processes for fortification. No upsets, no pressure, straightforward. Christian at Hawk is definitely who I'm calling when it's time to get the job done.
Bear with me for a detailed description of our situation and extensive review of our experience with Hawk. We purchased our house 2 years ago, which was having crawlspace repairs (not by Hawk) conducted at the time of offer, but we were willing to buy the house assuming the repairs were being done correctly. We experienced some settling issues and external masonry cracking, and we initially wanted to have someone come out to look at the lintels, which were severely deteriorated and causing lifting of the brick facade. Christian from Hawk came out, and we immediately felt like this company had our best interest in mind. Yes, companies survive by making money, but Christian spent 4 hours assessing our house, crawling through the crawl space taking photos, measurements, and using a laser level to identify true areas of concern. He sat with us and explained what should be done and what didn't need to be done. In the end, we decided to have them replace some joists and beams that were damaged, add 11 piers, install a steel I-beam under our fireplace, replace 6 lintels and associated masonry, and do a 200A service upgrade. Even though we had some minor issues throughout the process that followed, Christian was always there, even on weekends, to make sure we were satisfied and the work was to the standard the company expects. In the end, they took care of everything, and we are extremely satisfied with the Hawk blue crew, subcontractors, and everyone involved in the process. Don't hesitate to call Hawk and ask for Christian, even if he does prefer the Army over the Navy.
Christian from Hawk Crawlspace and Foundation Repair was the third estimator to look at the cracks in the outer wall of the house. The first two, from other companies, failed to diagnose the cause of the cracks, much less provide a viable solution. Christian made sense on his diagnosis, and the finished work proved him right. Also, his estimate for the work was about 25% lower than the other two estimators' prices. The workers, Lino and his crew, were extremely hard workers and knew what they were doing. Very good about their cleanup, and simply did a beautiful job, as the finished product showed. Kudos to Christian, Lino and the crew. In the foundation business, Hawk is a rare gem of a find for price, and actually getting it right.
Hawk Crawlspace and Foundation Repair were incredibly professional and prompt. In the middle of preparing a home for sale, we discovered some pretty serious issues in our basement. Hawk came out the next day and assessed our situation, gave us a fair quote and promptly had us scheduled. Christian was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable and courteous. He also went the extra mile and spoke to the buyer after our sale was accepted. He made the future new owners feel secure and confident in the work that was performed. We really appreciated the extra consideration and communication. Thank you, Christian!
I had a great experience using Hawk Crawlspace & Foundation Repair for my encapsulation and beam install. I decided to go with this company after meeting with Brian G. and receiving amazing service from him with a price that beat all other competitors. He came out on days that worked for me, when other companies wouldn't. Brian was very informative and easy to work with and answered all of my questions. His customer service was top notch and he was not pushing tactics to charge more or rush us. His expertise in the field truly showed. He even returned again to answer more questions I had prior to our decision to choose the company. Another main reason I went with Hawk was because they use the best brand of dehumidifier, which is AprilAire. I met with about 5 other companies before my decision, and they all were trying to upcharge for things that Hawk included in their initial price anyway. I was able to get both the encapsulation and beam installed for what other companies charged for an encapsulation alone. The completed work was superb and the team did a great job completing the install, which only took 3 days. The blue crew team (Allan, Allan Jr., and Jacobo) did an outstanding job. A huge shout out to Brian G. and the blue crew.
I can't recommend Hawk Crawlspace & Foundation enough! As a REALTOR, I've worked with a lot of contractors over the last 10 years, and this company truly exceeded every expectation. After having 3 other companies come out and either turn the job down, give an insane estimate that they didn't even want to commit to, or make excuse after excuse, Hawk stepped in without hesitation. They assessed the situation honestly, explained everything thoroughly, and got to work. A huge thank you to Christian, Junior, and the Green Crew for their professionalism, communication, and outstanding workmanship. When they first evaluated the job, they prepared us for a worst-case timeline of about six weeks due to permits and the scope of work. To our surprise, they were able to start the job in just two weeks and then completed the entire project in only two days. They literally saved our closing. On top of that, their pricing was incredibly reasonable. As a REALTOR, having dependable contractors is invaluable, and Hawk has absolutely earned my trust.
Brian G. gave a thorough estimate and was exceptionally responsive to questions, including information that allowed apples-to-apples comparisons across companies. Scheduled in May for July, and it happened on time and on schedule in July. Work included permits, materials, labor, and so on, with no add-ons later. They allowed use of a credit card with no convenience charge. Communications with the office (Shiela) included reminders about the work schedule and frank recommendations for termite prevention. The work crew (Allen B and company) showed up on time with the materials needed, removed trash daily, and protected materials left on site against weather. They finished on schedule and provided photos of progress daily. The electrician showed up on time and completed the work promptly. Final inspection, dehumidifier programming, and operation instructions were done at my convenience. I was very impressed with the quality of work, the professionalism of the crew, and the materials used. I am confident the job will last.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and their team. From the initial call to the completion of my project, their ability to care and adapt to the conditions has been impressive. Christian, from the start, has been attentive, flexible, and respectful throughout the overall process. His quality and commitment to ensure a smooth and consistent product is what sold me on selecting Hawk Crawlspace & Foundation Repair. I also appreciated Allen and the blue crew for their timely completion of the project. Their quality of service during their time here at my house was outstanding. They were definitely a quality-over-quantity type of crew, which is difficult to come by today. Highly recommend you select this company over the others in this area. You will not be disappointed.
This company was the most professional out of everyone that came to my house. Christian found things no one else did and showed proof to back it up. I heard everyone else and was impressed with the knowledge and experience from him. The crew showed up on time every day and left like they were never here. Very personable, and they walked us through what they were doing. Matt and the yellow team knocked it out of the park when they finished the job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great local business.
We used Hawk Crawlspace & Foundation Repair to re-encapsulate the crawlspace under our house due to pest issues and damage. After speaking with a few other companies we decided to go with Hawk. Christian was sent out and gave our house a very thorough, honest, and upfront inspection and explanation of what he thought would be best for our home. I really appreciate how this company doesn't seem to pad their estimates or suggest work that isn't really needed like some other companies seem to. Christian, Hunter, Matt, and the Yellow Crew were a delight to work with. They are all very polite, professional, and friendly. I can also honestly say that if any issues arise they are fixed as soon as possible. The communication with this company is phenomenal.
I am doing this review on behalf of my elderly father, who had to have extensive foundation and crawl space repair on his home. I did a lot of research and watched a lot of videos about various companies that provide this type of service, as I was unfamiliar with this type of work. I kept coming back to Hawk, and a final decision was made for this company to do the work. My father is so pleased with the work provided by Hawk. I came by each day they were there. The job was huge, but the workers were flawless and worked with such precision. Brian in particular has the eyes of an eagle. He misses absolutely nothing. As the job was coming to its end he spotted a couple of issues that still needed attention. Thank goodness for his sharp eyes. He even came back out to make sure everything was 100 percent. Hawk is that company. My father and I thank your company for a job well done.
If I could give Hawk Crawlspace & Foundation Repair more stars, I would. I'm not easily impressed, but not only did the contractors exceed my expectations, I was highly impressed by my inspector, Brian Gentile, as well. He went above and beyond to find all of my crawl space issues, even in the tightest spaces, and came up with the best possible solutions. He had markers placed to make sure every problem area was covered correctly and even came by during the repairs to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Brian was able to beat the other guys in price and offered more. He even took the time to help me set up the app for my new dehumidifier. I've had nothing but bad luck with contractors in the past, but thanks to the amazing work these contractors did and the dedication Brian had, Hawk has gained my trust and a forever customer.
Hawk did an exceptional job on our crawl space encapsulation and repair. Mathew and the entire Yellow crew gave 5-star customer service. Everyone we dealt with was great. Would highly recommend Hawk for your foundation needs. Sam didn't try to sell us unnecessary repairs that weren't needed, unlike other companies that gave us estimates. He inspected and is coming back to fix a few imperfections. Honest and great value for your money.
Hawk Crawlspace & Foundation Repair recently completed a repair in our crawlspace and masonry work over our garage and to our front porch. The entire process, from the initial meeting with the inspector, to the crew performing the tasks, to the final inspection upon completion, was professional and courteous. Scheduling was flexible and efficient. The work performed was excellent, affordable, and exceeded expectations. I strongly recommend the services of Hawk Crawlspace & Foundation Repair.
I had multiple companies come out to provide estimates for encapsulating my crawl space, and I am extremely glad I chose Brian Gentile with Hawk Foundation Repair. Brian and his team did phenomenal work underneath my house, and Brian consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process. If you need foundation or crawl space work done, I highly recommend calling Brian.
Hawk Foundation Repair were excellent! They were very prompt, professional, and gave us a great price on our crawlspace. They were so wonderful that I referred them to several people, including my mom. Definitely 5 stars. Christian was great!
Great service! Hawk worked with me right away and was able to come to my home the same day for an evaluation and estimate. He was kind, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!
Christian was great to work with. Kept me informed and explained the work in detail. Billy did an excellent job repairing our mortar. Highly recommend.
